Shipping

Orders are shipped from Portugal. Each product page indicates whether an item is in stock or available for pre-order. For in-stock items, please allow approximately 5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.For pre-order items, the expected shipping date will be indicated on the product page. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped once all items are ready.

Returns

For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law. To exercise this right, please contact me by email within the applicable period. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility. Once the returned item has been received and checked, the applicable refund will be processed.

30-day returns

In addition to the legal 14-day cancellation period, I offer a 30-day return period for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Some products may be excluded from the right of cancellation where permitted by law, including personalised or made-to-order items and certain goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please email me and please include your order number and, where useful, photographs of the item and packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your legal consumer rights.

Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable under Portuguese law. For goods sold to consumers in Portugal, this guarantee generally applies for 3 years.
